Once you have completed the online bank transaction (EFT), please send an email to - ckvoip1@gmail.com - containing the information requested below. (regular customers included)
1. Your VoIP Account Username and VoIP Provider.
2. The Euro amount you transferred.
3. A Voucher request if you prefer to credit a Username yourself.
4. Proof of Transfer/Payment* (screen copy/grab of the completed transaction, your bank statement showing the transaction, or you can forward your Bank's transfer confirmation receipt if you receive one)
Once we receive the above information, we'll then be able to credit your VoIP account or issue a Voucher (if requested). (usually within 10 minutes during our business hours but can sometimes take up to one hour depending on client volume)**
Contact us should there be a delay longer than 1 hour.
* If you don't send proof, we'll need to wait for your funds to clear in our bank account (usually 1 - 2 bank days) before proceeding with the crediting process.
Please kindly take note of the following important points:
1. Ensure your Username and VoIP Provider is correct, as your credit will be irretrievably lost if it's inadvertently allocated to the wrong Username or VoIP Provider.
2. Euro credit vouchers issued on request.
